registration closed -Leatherworking - Shearling booties

  • 4145 N High Street Columbus, OH United States (map)

Start, or continue, your leather working journey by making a wonderfully cozy pair of shearling booties. Wear these around the house to keep your feet warm all year long. The rubber outsole and soft midsole make these booties durable and comfy.

This is a beginner friendly course, where you will:

Learn about leather and it’s uses

Size and cut real, ultra-warm, sheepskin shearling (faux fur also available).

Attach a midsole and outsole to your boots

Shape the leather to form a shoe

Stitch the pieces together using specialty leather tools.

Experienced leather worker, Pam, will guide you through every step and give 1-1 instruction.

This is an exciting class that you can do on your own or with a friend! Participants under 18 are welcome with a guardian.

Sharp tools such as rotary blades, scissors, and sharp needles will be used in this class.
